About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales & Digital Marketing to drive
business growth across manufacturing, warehousing, material handling, logistics, and
construction sectors. This senior leadership role requires a proven sales leader with strong
C-level networks, a track record of closing high-value enterprise deals, and expertise in
leveraging digital marketing strategies to accelerate pipeline growth and strengthen brand
presence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute sales and digital marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
and brand visibility across target sectors.
  • Own sales targets, pipeline management, and deal velocity for all major accounts.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, demo, technical alignment, proposal,
negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with OEM Heads, Plant Heads, Product
Managers, Project Planning Leaders, and Procurement Leaders.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and partner events.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including demand generation, content strategy,
campaign execution, and digital lead nurturing.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging, strengthen digital
channels, and influence product features based on customer feedback.
  • Lead high-value enterprise negotiations and close large-scale deals with OEMs and
industrial clients.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 15+ years of B2B sales experience with industrial clients.
  • Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals with OEMs and industrial
clients.
  • Strong background in digital marketing at a senior level, with expertise in demand
generation, branding, and digital campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Established C-level networks and industry connections.
  • Ability to combine sales execution with digital strategies to unlock new business
opportunities and long-term partnerships.
