As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our growth journey.
Job Summary
The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a high-impact sales strategy that drives revenue growth, increases market share, and expands Sugar & Spice’s presence across key customer segments. This role requires strong leadership, deep experience in B2B/B2C sales, and a strong understanding of the catering, events, or hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Identify new market opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
Business Development

Drive new client acquisition across corporate accounts, private clients, event planners, hotels, and venues.

Build strong relationships with high-value clients and maintain long-term partnerships.

Attend major events and industry gatherings to represent Sugar & Spice.
Account Management

Oversee and support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.

Ensure a seamless handover from sales to operations to maintain service excellence.

Handle VIP or strategic accounts personally when required.
Performance Management

Set KPIs, track performance, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.

Optimize the sales pipeline, CRM usage, and conversion through data-driven decisions.

Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that support lead generation and brand visibility.
Qualifications & Experience

7+ years of experience in sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Experience in catering, events, F&B, hospitality, or luxury services is highly preferred.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Strong leadership qualities and team management experience.

CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar) is a plus.
