Head of Sales ( Interior Design & Fit-Out)

About the Role

We are looking for an active, ambitious and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our Interior Design & Fit-Out direction. This role is ideal for a strong sales leader who can develop the sales function, manage a team, and personally work with key clients on high-value residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales of interior design and fit-out services for residential and commercial projects
  • Lead and manage a team of designers and sales managers: task setting, performance control, coaching and professional development
  • Personally handle key clients and large-scale projects
  • Establish and implement sales standards, service presentations, and customer experience guidelines
  • Oversee the full client journey: from first inquiry and concept development to contract signing and handover to execution
  • Analyze sales performance, achieve and optimize sales targets, increase average deal value and conversion rates
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, contractors, and partners
  • Build, structure and scale efficient sales processes

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of sales experience in interior design, fit-out, construction, or related fields, including team management experience
  • Strong understanding of the interior design and renovation market
  • Experience with both offline and online sales channels
  • Fluent English, Russian is a strong advantage
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
