Job Overview:

We are hiring a result-driven Head of Sales with strong communication and negotiation skills and a proven track record in closing IT Services deals. The candidate must have experience handling US/International clients and leading a sales team to drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities in US/International markets
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
• Ensure team targets and KPIs are achieved
• Generate revenue through multiple sales channels
• Identify and develop new sales channels for business expansion

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Sales
• Experience in handling and mentoring a sales team
• Strong understanding of IT Services sales (Web, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Comfortable working night shifts
