Job Overview

We are a reputable and growing Immigration Consultancy Firm seeking a highly experienced Head of Sales / Sales Manager to lead, manage, and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in immigration sales, with proven exposure to Australia, Canada, USA, and UK immigration markets, and a strong ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the immigration sales department, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets

Design, implement, and execute effective sales strategies for Australia, Canada, USA, and UK immigration programs

Manage, train, mentor, and motivate sales consultants to maximize performance and conversion rates

Monitor individual and team KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

Handle high-value clients and oversee complex or premium immigration cases

Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management

Continuously improve sales processes, customer experience, and overall sales efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 7–8 years of proven experience in immigration sales

Strong knowledge of Australia, Canada, USA, and UK immigration systems and pathways

Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team management skills

Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities

Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu

Experience working in fast-paced, highly competitive immigration sales markets
