We’re a fast-scaling beauty distributor in the UAE that blends system-driven execution with real creative and commercial edge. We work with premium international brands in haircare, scalp health, and clean beauty — and we’ve built a reputation for doing things differently: better training, smarter sales structures, and deeper salon partnerships.
But we’re now entering a new phase of growth — and we’re looking for a strategic Commercial Leader to take ownership of revenue, team performance, and market activation.
What This Role Is Really About
This is not a glorified sales rep role. This is a commercial architect role.
You’ll lead our small but growing sales team, rebuild the sales engine, and co-design the company’s activation strategy alongside the founder. You’ll be responsible for pipeline quality, revenue growth, team coaching, CRM hygiene, and smart territory planning.
You’ll also play a key role in defining what “high performance” looks like — not just in numbers, but in behavior, follow-up quality, and team culture.
