About Us

We’re a fast-scaling beauty distributor in the UAE that blends system-driven execution with real creative and commercial edge. We work with premium international brands in haircare, scalp health, and clean beauty — and we’ve built a reputation for doing things differently: better training, smarter sales structures, and deeper salon partnerships.

But we’re now entering a new phase of growth — and we’re looking for a strategic Commercial Leader to take ownership of revenue, team performance, and market activation.

What This Role Is Really About

This is not a glorified sales rep role. This is a commercial architect role.

You’ll lead our small but growing sales team, rebuild the sales engine, and co-design the company’s activation strategy alongside the founder. You’ll be responsible for pipeline quality, revenue growth, team coaching, CRM hygiene, and smart territory planning.

You’ll also play a key role in defining what “high performance” looks like — not just in numbers, but in behavior, follow-up quality, and team culture.

What You’ll Own

  • Build and execute monthly commercial plans across brands and sales territories
  • Diagnose pipeline gaps and increase close rates across different buyer personas
  • Coach and performance-manage reps — develop playbooks and sales habits
  • Own and enforce smart CRM usage: daily pipeline health, lead quality, follow-through discipline
  • Partner with marketing to align activations with product performance and client needs
  • Build market launch strategies for new brands or hero products
  • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and upskilling of future sales team members
  • Report on results, extract insights, and propose system changes (not just show dashboards)

You’ll Succeed If You Have:

  • A commercial brain: you think in numbers, habits, and outcomes
  • A proven record leading or coaching sales reps
  • The ability to design sales workflows and simplify complexity
  • Experience working with a CRM and making it a true sales engine (we use Odoo)
  • A bias toward clarity, accountability, and follow-through
  • Comfort working directly with founders and fast decision-making environments
  • Strong follow-through, energy, and a sense of ownership
