Role Overview

The Head of Sales & Program Growth will lead the sales strategy, program enrollment, and partnership development for URs Pak’s international business initiatives, trade summits, and export programs.

This leadership role focuses on driving participation in trade programs, building strategic partnerships, and expanding URs Pak’s global business network. The position combines sales leadership, business development, and international outreach to support the growth of Pakistani businesses in global markets.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Sales & Growth

  • Drive registrations and participation for international trade programs, business summits, and export initiatives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract manufacturers, exporters, and entrepreneurs.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand program reach locally and internationally.

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Build and manage structured sales funnels for trade programs and business events.
  • Set sales targets and growth objectives for program participation.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

Partnerships & Business Development

  • Build strong relationships with manufacturers, exporters, business associations, and industry leaders.
  • Develop partnerships with international organizations, trade groups, and business networks.
  • Identify sponsorship and collaboration opportunities for business summits and trade initiatives.

Team Leadership

  • Build and manage a sales and outreach team.
  • Train team members on sales strategies, client communication, and lead conversion.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales and enrollment targets.

Reporting & Systems

  • Maintain and oversee CRM systems and sales pipelines.
  • Track registrations, partnerships, and revenue growth.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, outreach activities, and program growth.

Ideal Candidate ProfileRequired

  • 4–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.
  • Strong experience in B2B sales, program sales, or event sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage sales targets and growth strategies.

Preferred

  • Experience working with international clients or global markets.
  • Background in trade programs, business summits, or export initiatives.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital outreach, and sales funnels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
