We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Head of Sales to lead and grow our real estate sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be Russian-speaking with strong knowledge of the UAE property market.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue
- Train and mentor sales agents to enhance performance and productivity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners
- Oversee sales operations, reporting, and pipeline management
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head of Sales / Sales Manager in Dubai real estate
- Strong track record of closing deals
- Russian speaker (mandatory)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Deep understanding of Dubai’s property market and developer projects
- Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment
