Overview of the role:
The successful candidate will become the architect of the sales department’s growth, responsible for:
- Increasing the company’s market share in the B2B payments segment
- Implementing innovations in processes (AI, Big Data, automation)
- Building a team of experts capable of competing at a global level
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Processes
- Development and implementation of a sales strategy (including financial, B2B consulting, and other services)
- Improvement of existing sales models and client communication processes
- Building and optimizing the sales funnel, CRM implementation, and process automation
- Introduction of regulations, scripts, quality standards, and KPI control
- Process automation and implementation of AI tools
Team Management
- Building a team of sales managers: hiring, onboarding, and termination
- Creating a pipeline of potential manager candidates for rapid replacement if needed
- Employee development: mentoring, sales skills training, conducting trainings and sales masterclasses
- Development of employee motivation systems (financial and non-financial)
- Setting KPIs for the month, half-year, and year for the entire department and for each employee individually, based on the company’s financial plan
- Daily monitoring of financial plan achievement and timely response to gaps
- Monitoring managers’ performance, call listening, performance reviews, corrective actions to improve departmental results, and reporting to management
Key Clients and Partnerships
- Negotiating with key clients and partners
- Development of the partner network
- Expansion of the client base
- Resolution of complex and conflict situations, protection of the company’s interests
Key Responsibilities in the Marketing Block
- Development and implementation of a marketing strategy for the B2B direction (financial and consulting services)
- Market, competitor, and target audience needs analysis in the B2B segment
- Building positioning and unique value propositions (UVPs) for key company products
- Managing the marketing team: task setting, deadline control, KPI implementation
- Oversight of product packaging: preparation of presentations, commercial proposals, and marketing materials
- Generating ideas for advertising campaigns and participation in content preparation
- Organization and control of marketing research
- Marketing budget management and campaign effectiveness control (LTV, CAC, ROI)
- Development of a lead generation system jointly with marketing and sales
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as Head of Sales in FinTech, payment systems, banks, or consulting companies
- Proven track record of revenue growth of 30%+ and CAC reduction of 15%+
- Knowledge of CRM systems (AmoCRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) and hands-on experience in sales funnel setup and analytics
- Experience working with metrics: CAC, LTV, Conversion Rate, Average Check
- Understanding of payment regulation (PSD2, AML, KYC)
- Strong leadership skills and experience in resolving conflicts with key clients and counterparties
- Data-driven approach: use of analytics for decision-making
- Fluent in Russian, English proficiency C1+ — For negotiations with international partners
