Requirement:-

Minimum Bachelor's Degree holder

Minimum 10 year of Sales Management experience of Sanitaryware within UAE

Responsibilities:-

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, set ambitious targets, and create action plans to achieve them.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
• Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), track sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and other departments to align sales efforts with company goals.
• Reporting: Present sales progress, forecasts, and strategic insights to senior management
