Location : Islamabad (On-site)

About Us:

We’re on the lookout for a Head of Sales Strategy and Business Development to lead revenue growth, manage the sales team, and expand our business with brands and agencies.

This is a hands-on role. You will be expected to personally close deals while also building and managing a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate understands how media and marketing solutions are sold and can translate strategy into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

·        Own and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

·        Personally close new business deals with brands and agencies

·        Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team

·        Build and nurture long-term relationships with CMOs, brand managers, and agency partners

·        Sell media and marketing solutions, including branding and performance campaigns

·        Continuously improve sales processes, pipelines, and reporting

Requirements

·        5–8 years of experience in business development, media sales, or agency growth

·        Proven track record of personally closing revenue deals

·        Experience working with both brands and advertising/media agencies

·        Prior experience managing and scaling a sales team

·        Strong understanding of media buying and digital marketing

·        Comfortable working with targets and performance-based roles
