Job Introduction

Lead the continued development and daily management of the school while ensuring high-quality education for all students.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to education and work closely with children and young people.
Collaborate with the school board, staff, students, and parents to set strategic direction and achieve school objectives.
Promote a positive and motivating work environment, supporting staff well-being and professional growth.
Be visible, approachable, and actively involved in the local community.
Maintain high expectations for every student and prioritize their well-being and holistic development.
Encourage interdisciplinary collaboration among teachers to enhance problem-solving and learning outcomes.
Strengthen partnerships between the school and preschool programs.
Support the development of a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment.

Job Experience

Relevant teaching qualification or equivalent education, preferably supplemented with postgraduate studies.
Experience in educational leadership, including administrative and personnel management responsibilities.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining clarity and focus.
Skilled in fostering shared responsibility and collaboration among students, parents, and staff.
Visionary yet practical approach with action-oriented problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of the Public Education Act and related educational regulations.
Familiarity with collective agreements and regulations governing teachers and school staff.
