Head of SEO and GEO

SEO TEAM LEAD / WORK FROM HOME / NIGHT SHIFT – PAKISTAN

We are an established company in the signage industry seeking an experienced Head of Organic Growth to build and scale a predictable, revenue-driven SEO engine.

The primary objective of this role is to generate a minimum of 60 qualified leads per location per month through organic search. This position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability who can align SEO initiatives directly with business growth.

This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of organic performance.

Key Objectives

Within 4–6 months, you will be expected to:

  • Achieve 60+ qualified inbound leads per month through SEO
  • Rank in the top 3 positions for core commercial keywords
  • Establish strong local SEO dominance in target markets
  • Increase visibility across AI-powered and generative search platforms
  • Position organic search as a primary revenue channel

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive organic growth roadmap
  • Align SEO strategy with lead generation and revenue goals
  • Define and prioritize high-intent keyword clusters
  • Build scalable local and national SEO strategies

Technical SEO

  • Lead full-scale technical audits and implementation
  • Improve site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals
  • Implement structured data and schema strategies
  • Strengthen internal linking and authority distribution

Content & Authority Building

  • Develop high-converting service and location landing pages
  • Build topical authority within the signage industry
  • Optimize content for commercial intent and conversions
  • Strengthen E-E-A-T signals and trust indicators

AI & Advanced Search Optimization

  • Optimize for AI-powered search platforms and LLM-based discovery
  • Implement entity-based SEO strategies
  • Ensure structured content suitable for generative search engines

Performance Management

  • Track rankings, traffic, leads, and revenue contribution
  • Monitor and improve conversion performance
  • Provide clear, data-driven monthly reporting

Team & Vendor Management

  • Manage internal SEO team members or external partners
  • Oversee content production, link acquisition, and development coordination
  • Allocate and manage SEO-related budgets effectively

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of proven SEO experience
  • Demonstrated success generating qualified B2B leads via organic search
  • Strong expertise in local SEO and service-based businesses
  • Experience managing medium to large websites
  • Deep understanding of search intent and commercial keyword targeting
  • Ability to translate SEO initiatives into measurable business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in signage, construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
  • Experience with multi-location SEO strategies
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Experience with programmatic or scalable content strategies

Technical & Work Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Minimum 50 Mbps dedicated internet connection
  • Reliable power backup (UPS / generator) to ensure uninterrupted work during outages
  • Quiet and professional work-from-home setup
  • Availability to work night shift hours consistently

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs272,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • SEO Team Lead: 6 years (Required)
