Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily workshop and field service operations.
  • Improve labor utilization, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Control service costs and monitor profitability.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the service team.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Parts, and Finance to ensure smooth operations.


Qualifications:


  • Engineering degree (Mechanical , Automotive or Mechatronics).
  • 5+ years in service management (marine, automotive, or similar industry).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of service KPIs and cost control.
