The Opportunity

Megacom is seeking an experienced Head of Production to lead our metal fabrication and signage operations. You will oversee end-to-end production, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery while driving process efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the production team and manage all signage and fabrication projects.

· Ensure quality, safety, and timelines are consistently met.

· Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project teams on deliverables.

· Optimize production processes

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Engineering, or related field.

· 5+ years of proven experience in production management, preferably in signage, fabrication, or construction-related projects.

· Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, signage production processes, and materials.

· Proficient in project management tools and production planning software.

· Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and quality standards.
