About the Role

Microtech Inc is looking for a Head of Social Media who lives and breathes digital content. This role is for a creative leader who can plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality visual content across all social platforms while managing a creative team and vendors.

You won’t just post content — you’ll build a brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Coordinate videography & photography shoots (planning, direction, and execution)
• Oversee video editing, graphic designing, and animation workflows
• Work closely with designers, editors, animators, and external vendors
• Create and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all visuals and videos
• Analyze performance, engagement, and trends to optimize content
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, and sales teams for campaigns & events
• Stay updated with social media trends, reels formats, and platform algorithms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• Videography & photography basics
• Video editing workflows
• Graphic design & animation coordination
• Experience managing creative teams or freelancers
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strategic mindset with creative execution ability

Preferred Tools (Bonus)

• Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Social media analytics & scheduling tools

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
