Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the overall marketing and social media strategy.
- Align marketing initiatives with company goals and revenue targets.
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
- Manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
Social Media Management
- Lead social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
- Oversee content planning, publishing, and community management.
- Monitor social media performance and optimize engagement.
- Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
- Handle online reputation management and crisis communications.
Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop brand messaging and maintain brand consistency.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure marketing materials meet brand and business standards.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and manage marketing and social media teams.
- Set KPIs and performance objectives.
- Foster collaboration across marketing, sales, product, and customer service departments.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track marketing and social media KPIs.
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Use data to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
