HEAD OF SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing and social media strategy.
  • Align marketing initiatives with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and resource allocation.

Social Media Management

  • Lead social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
  • Oversee content planning, publishing, and community management.
  • Monitor social media performance and optimize engagement.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
  • Handle online reputation management and crisis communications.

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Develop brand messaging and maintain brand consistency.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing.
  • Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure marketing materials meet brand and business standards.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage marketing and social media teams.
  • Set KPIs and performance objectives.
  • Foster collaboration across marketing, sales, product, and customer service departments.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track marketing and social media KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign performance and ROI.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Use data to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
