Job Title: Head of Sponsorship

Location: Lahore
Department: Business Development / Partnerships
Salary Range: PKR 400,000 – 500,000 per month

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sponsorship to lead and manage all sponsorship and partnership initiatives of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential sponsors, building strong relationships with corporate partners, and securing high-value sponsorship deals to support the organization’s events, campaigns, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sponsorship strategies to generate revenue and long-term partnerships.
• Identify and approach potential sponsors including corporate brands, companies, and investors.
• Prepare professional sponsorship proposals, presentations, and partnership packages.
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements and finalize mutually beneficial deals.
• Maintain long-term relationships with sponsors and ensure sponsor satisfaction.
• Coordinate with marketing and event teams to deliver sponsor branding and visibility commitments.
• Monitor and evaluate sponsorship performance and campaign outcomes.
• Represent the organization in meetings, networking events, and corporate presentations.
• Explore new sponsorship opportunities and partnerships in different industries.
• Lead and manage the sponsorship team to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships, business development, or corporate sales.
• Strong network within corporate and brand communities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to secure high-value sponsorship deals.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:
