Head of Startups

Peko is seeking a dynamic Head of Startups to lead and drive our startup initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the development and execution of strategies to attract and engage startups, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving growth opportunities within the startup ecosystem. The Head of Startups will also develop tailored programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and act as a key advocate for Peko’s solutions to empower startups in their journey.

• Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills
• Proven experience in business development, partnership building, and networking
• Knowledge of startup ecosystems, funding processes, and market trends
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or related field
• Prior experience in a leadership role within the startup ecosystem or a similar environment is preferred
