We are hiring a Head of Strategy, Enterprise AI Accounts to lead enterprise client strategy, account expansion, executive relationships, and AI transformation planning.

Role Overview

The Head of Strategy, Enterprise AI Accounts will own the strategic relationship with larger clients and enterprise opportunities.

This person will work with executives, operators, sales leaders, customer experience teams, and technical teams to understand business goals and turn them into AI deployment strategies.

This role is not just account management. It is part strategist, part consultant, part operator, part growth leader.

You will help enterprise clients understand where AI can create the biggest impact, how to roll it out responsibly, how to measure success, and how to expand from pilot to larger deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy for enterprise AI accounts and high-value client relationships.
  • Work directly with client executives and leadership teams to understand business goals, customer experience challenges, operational gaps, and revenue opportunities.
  • Develop AI rollout strategies across voice, SMS, chat, lead management, customer support, retention, scheduling, and workflow automation.
  • Help clients identify the highest-ROI use cases for AI.
  • Build phased deployment plans that move clients from pilot to broader rollout.
  • Partner with sales and leadership to support enterprise proposals, discovery calls, demos, and expansion conversations.
  • Translate client business needs into clear internal implementation direction.
  • Work with AI architects, integrators, prompt builders, support teams, and operations to ensure strategic goals are reflected in the actual deployment.
  • Create account plans for growth, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and long-term expansion.
  • Prepare executive summaries, business cases, ROI narratives, and strategic recommendations.
  • Track client outcomes and help connect AI performance to measurable business value.
  • Identify risks, blockers, political dynamics, and adoption challenges inside enterprise accounts.
  • Support quarterly business reviews, executive check-ins, performance reviews, and roadmap conversations.
  • Help position ROICX Solutions as a trusted AI partner, not just a vendor.
  • Stay current on AI trends, customer experience automation, enterprise adoption patterns, and competitive positioning.

Ideal Candidate

  • You know how to speak to executives, but you also understand the operational reality underneath the conversation.
  • You can walk into a complex business, listen carefully, find the money leaks, identify the customer experience gaps, and shape a practical AI strategy around them.
  • You are comfortable selling ideas, building trust, managing relationships, and helping clients make smart decisions.
  • You do not overpromise. You know that enterprise AI works best when it is phased, measured, and tied to real business outcomes.

Required Skills

  • Strong enterprise account strategy, consulting, customer success, business development, or strategic partnerships experience.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand client business models and identify high-impact AI opportunities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to build strategic plans, business cases, rollout plans, and ROI narratives.
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, customer experience technology, CRM systems, or SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, technical teams, and support.
  • Ability to manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving company with evolving processes.
  • Strong ownership and follow-through.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with AI voice agents, SMS automation, chat automation, customer support automation, or contact center technology.
  • Experience selling to or managing enterprise clients.
  • Experience in BPO, call center operations, SaaS, healthcare, fitness, franchise, automotive, home services, retail, financial services, or multi-location business environments.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Experience with customer journey mapping, operational audits, call reviews, CX strategy, or revenue operations.
  • Experience creating enterprise proposals, QBRs, ROI reports, or board-level presentations.
  • Experience supporting pilot-to-rollout expansion strategies.
