Head of Supply Chain - North America

Pod Talent are thrilled to be partnering with a leading multinational business operating in the chemicals and industrials sector to recruit a Head of Supply Chain for North America. This is a high-impact leadership role that will drive a significant organisational transformation, including logistics consolidation, distribution network optimisation, and the rollout of a robust S&OP process. The successful candidate will hold full operational responsibility across both the US and Canada.

Please note that this position is site-based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and will require regular travel across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across the US and Canada
• Optimise and consolidate the logistics portfolio, including distribution centre rationalisation and end-to-end network transformation
• Design, implement, and embed a best-in-class S&OP process across the North America region
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and delivering operational efficiencies across the supply chain

Experience Required

• Proven end-to-end supply chain leadership experience within the chemicals, industrials, or adjacent sectors
• Strong expertise in logistics network management, encompassing both in-house operations and third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and leading S&OP processes at a regional or global scale
• Currently based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, or fully open to relocation
