Position: Head of Supply Chain – FMCG

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency across procurement, planning, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and logistics while ensuring product availability and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead demand planning, inventory management, procurement, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing inventory holding costs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and service levels.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings and operational excellence.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions where required.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance, and operations teams to support business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably within the FMCG industry.

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
