Golden Platter Foods, a fast-growing premium food manufacturer opening our third facility, is seeking an exceptional Talent & Organizational Development Manager to architect our people strategy during an exciting expansion phase. This is a rare opportunity to build from the ground up while working directly with our CEO. The Opportunity We’re not looking for traditional HR. We need a proven talent magnet who can:

  • Build our recruiting engine to attract industry-leading talent
  • Design world-class onboarding that gets people productive fast
  • Create organizational systems that scale with aggressive growth

This role reports directly to the CEO and operates at the strategic level—not operational HR. You’ll have full autonomy to build something special. What You’ve Done Before

  • Proven recruiting success in manufacturing, food, or similar industries

  • Cultural architect who understands how to maintain culture during rapid growth
  • Results-driven with metrics that prove your impact
  • Roll-up-the-sleeves mentality - you’ve done the work, not just managed it
