Company: Paul Logistics, Inc.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | On-Site
Experience: 3–5+ Years Recruiting Experience Preferred
About the Role
Paul Logistics is seeking a Head of Talent – Logistics to lead recruiting efforts for our growing logistics and freight brokerage division. This role is embedded directly within the business unit — not corporate HR — and serves as the dedicated recruiting leader for brokerage hiring strategy and execution.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Logistics, this position will own full-cycle recruiting across three critical hiring categories:
-
Entry-level Business Development Representatives (BDRs) recruited directly from colleges and universities
-
Experienced freight brokerage sales professionals
-
Account Managers and Carrier Managers supporting daily brokerage operations
This is a highly hands-on recruiting role for someone who understands the freight brokerage industry from the inside, knows how to identify talent built for the pace and pressure of logistics sales, and can successfully engage passive candidates from competitor brokerages.
The role begins as an individual contributor position with a clear path toward building and leading a recruiting team as hiring volume expands.
