Head of Talent Management

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Talent Management located in Maadi, Egypt. The Head of Talent Management will oversee the development and execution of strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent. Responsibilities include designing and implementing succession planning frameworks, driving employee engagement initiatives, enhancing employer branding, and leading training and development programs. The role requires collaboration with leadership to align talent strategies with the overall business goals. The hybrid nature allows flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements, complemented by on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Talent Management, including succession planning and employee development strategies
• Proven experience in creating and executing Employer Branding and Employee Engagement initiatives
• Solid background in developing and managing Training & Development programs
• Demonstrated strategic and leadership capabilities to align talent objectives with company goals
• Effective mentoring, communication, and interpersonal skills across diverse teams
• Proficiency in human resources software and data-driven decision-making tools
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
