🎥 FILMING REQUIREMENT — BEFORE YOU START
This role requires content filming in Dubai before your official start date.
We're building MVP Launch from the ground up — the marketing website, the product, the brand. Before we go live and you begin working with clients, you'll film a half-day content shoot at a professional studio in Dubai.
What you'll film:
Important: Filming is ongoing. This isn't a one-time shoot. You'll regularly create ads, shorts, and long-form YouTube content as we scale. You must have at least some experience talking to a camera comfortably and professionally.

Why this matters: This content will be used across our ads, website, and onboarding. You'll be the face of MVP Launch's talent operations for our U.S.-based audience, so you need to be confident on camera and articulate in clear U.S.-style English (no heavy accents).
Timeline:
If you're not comfortable being on video or speaking on camera professionally, this role isn't for you.

We guarantee the product goes live in 8 weeks. If it doesn't, they don't pay the remaining balance.
We only work with validated founders making $20k+ per month minimum. No side projects. No unproven ideas. Only serious operators with traction.
Your role is critical: You're responsible for finding, vetting, and placing the engineers and designers who make this possible.
What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)
You will own talent supply end-to-end for MVP Launch.
✅ Source and recruit high-caliber engineers and designers globally
✅ Find full-stack engineers (React/Next.js + PostgreSQL stack)
✅ Find UX/UI product designers (Figma + design systems)
✅ Source other technical talent (PMs, growth specialists, etc.) as needed
✅ Write and post job listings on LinkedIn and relevant platforms
✅ Manage inbound applicants — shortlist and qualify based on our criteria
✅ Conduct initial interviews focused on technical depth and delivery speed
✅ Administer paid take-home assessment tests via GitHub
✅ Track progress in our internal candidate pipeline system
✅ Coordinate handoff to CTO / Project Manager for onboarding
✅ Maintain a structured database of pre-vetted engineers on bench

This is end-to-end talent acquisition for startup co-founder placement.
You're not just filling roles — you're finding people who will act as founding engineers inside our clients' companies.
Who This Role Is For
You are:
✅ An experienced technical recruiter who specializes in engineers and designers
✅ Someone who understands product and software terminology (React, Node, Next.js, APIs, Figma, etc.)
✅ Excellent at sourcing and screening technical talent for fast-paced environments
✅ Able to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously
✅ Fluent in clear U.S.-style English (our audience and talent pool is global, but U.S.-facing)
✅ Camera-ready and confident on video (this is non-negotiable)
✅ Have at least some experience talking to a camera for content creation
