Job Description

Lead an engineering operation that encompasses a wide range of Consumer banking products and initiatives

Manage the relationship and partnership with Consumer Banking business leaders to deliver a full IT services and support model.

Manage technology resources aligned to support the business and will partner with support services throughout the enterprise

Attract, nurture and build top engineering talent to build and maintain an incredible and productive team.

Drive design and engineering of business platforms in conjunction with all stakeholders to support delivery of the strategic objectives.

Develop a technology roadmap for the business that aligns with both business and technology strategy.
