We are seeking a
Tendering Manager
to lead the full tendering cycle for MV & LV switchgear, E-Houses, transformers, and related electrical solutions. This role oversees proposal development, ensures technical and commercial accuracy, and drives competitive, timely, and profitable tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead RFQ analysis, Bid/No-Bid decisions, and tender strategy.

Manage and distribute workload across the tendering team and provide technical guidance.

Review and validate technical and commercial offers, costing sheets, and supplier quotations.

Respond to customer technical clarifications and align proposals with EPCs, consultants, and end-users.

Prepare contract review documents, risk assessments, and approval packages.

Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Project Management.

Support sales during order negotiations and change-order costing.

Track hit rates, quotation timelines, and overall tender performance.

Identify process gaps and drive improvements in costing tools, workflows, templates, and proposal quality.

Integrate market intelligence to enhance competitiveness and win rates.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

7–10 years of experience in tendering within electrical manufacturing, EPC, or related fields.

Strong knowledge of MV/LV solutions and relevant standards (IEC, ANSI/NEMA preferred).

Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.

Fluent in Arabic and English.
