We are seeking a Tendering Manager to lead the full tendering cycle for MV & LV switchgear, E-Houses, transformers, and related electrical solutions. This role oversees proposal development, ensures technical and commercial accuracy, and drives competitive, timely, and profitable tender submissions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead RFQ analysis, Bid/No-Bid decisions, and tender strategy.
  • Manage and distribute workload across the tendering team and provide technical guidance.
  • Review and validate technical and commercial offers, costing sheets, and supplier quotations.
  • Respond to customer technical clarifications and align proposals with EPCs, consultants, and end-users.
  • Prepare contract review documents, risk assessments, and approval packages.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Project Management.
  • Support sales during order negotiations and change-order costing.
  • Track hit rates, quotation timelines, and overall tender performance.
  • Identify process gaps and drive improvements in costing tools, workflows, templates, and proposal quality.
  • Integrate market intelligence to enhance competitiveness and win rates.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 7–10 years of experience in tendering within electrical manufacturing, EPC, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of MV/LV solutions and relevant standards (IEC, ANSI/NEMA preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Proven leadership, planning, and communication skills.
