Head of Western Designer

Education - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field

Experience - 8–12 years of relevant experience in western wear design

Job Description:-

• Lead and oversee the western wear design strategy in line with brand vision
• Research global fashion trends and translate them into commercially viable collections
• Supervise the complete design process from concept development to final execution
• Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, production, and marketing teams
• Guide and mentor the design team, ensuring creativity and consistency
• Approve designs, fabrics, trims, color palettes, and fits
• Ensure timelines are met for seasonal collections and launches
• Maintain cost awareness while achieving design and quality standards
• Oversee sample development, fittings, and final approvals
• Strong understanding of western silhouettes, fabrics, and construction techniques
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• High proficiency in trend forecasting and market analysis
• Strong knowledge of textile sourcing and production workflows
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial and cost considerations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
