Head of Yacht Club Operations & Marina Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Yacht Club Operations & Marina Management to oversee daily marina operations, guest services, yacht berthing activities, and overall club management. This leadership role ensures smooth operational performance, premium member experience, safety compliance, and high-end hospitality standards.

What you'll do:

• Lead daily yacht club and marina operations
• Oversee berth allocation, docking, and marina traffic management
• Ensure exceptional guest, member, and VIP service experience
• Manage marina staff, supervisors, and operational teams
• Maintain safety standards, maritime compliance, and operational protocols
• Coordinate maintenance of marina facilities and marine infrastructure
• Oversee vendor management and service providers
• Develop operational procedures and service excellence initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in marina operations, yacht club management, or luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Understanding of marine operations and guest service standards
• Ability to manage operational workflows in a high-end environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexible, proactive, and service-oriented mindset

Pay: QAR38,000.00 - QAR65,000.00 per month
