Happy Food runs and manages corporate canteens, hotel buffets and other B2B F&B supply across Bengaluru and other cities with prestigious Indian and MNC clients associated with it.

Head – Operations will oversee and manage end-to-end operational excellence across production, supply chain, fulfillment, quality, vendor management, and last-mile customer experience. This role is responsible for building scalable processes, improving operational efficiency, driving cost optimization, ensuring product quality, and enabling business growth through strong cross-functional coordination. Head - Operations will also coordinate with clients for successful partnership.

Timing: Morning 6 AM to 4PM (Six days a week)

Candidate must have :

- Degree in Hotel Management or Diploma in Catering

- Experience of managing kitchen teams (back/front)

- Experience of F&B services

- Hospitality / Hotel experience is a plus

- Catering experience is a plus

- Good communication skills

- Presentable to client

You are not a good fit (do not apply) if:

- You have only QSR experience

- You are not comfortable with morning (buffet) shift

- Above 50 years in age

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
