Frequently Traveling to our Factory - Nalasopara & Panvel (Western Railway Line, Mumbai)

Minimum Job Profile: -

• To manage production cost, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs
• Experience with inventory management and supply chain logistics
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that production meets customer demand
• Cost Reduction
• Handling Collections department
• Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
• Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the companys internal capacity
• Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
• Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments
• Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution
• Acting one line of contact between Factory, HO & Branch Staff
• Handling Imports
• Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems
• Oversee materials and inventory
• Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to management
• Oversee all Admin Management of Factory & HO
• Ability to communicate in English, Hindi & Marathi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
