Job Purpose-
Godrej Capital is building a high-impact Direct-to-Customer (D2C) Personal Loans engine focused on acquiring New to Godrej Capital customers at scale.
We are looking for a growth leader who can build, manage, and scale digital acquisition funnels — working closely with Marketing, SEO, and Product teams to drive sustainable, ROI-led growth.
This role combines performance marketing, funnel ownership, and long-term growth strategy.
Key responsibilities- D2C Growth Strategy

Define and execute the digital acquisition roadmap across paid, organic, and others channels.

Own volumes, disbursements, CAC, and channel profitability.

Build scalable sourcing engines aligned to business goals.
Campaign & Performance Marketing

Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization.

Drive ROI-focused performance marketing with disciplined cost management.

Work closely with the Marketing team to design and execute performance campaigns.
Product & Funnel Optimization

Partner with Product teams to improve landing pages, application journeys, and conversion funnels.

Drive A/B testing, personalization, and experimentation frameworks.

Improve approval-to-disbursal ratios and overall customer experience.
Data & Governance

Build strong performance dashboards and growth reporting frameworks in collaboration with analytics

Balance growth with portfolio quality and risk alignment.

Qualification & experience -
8–15 years of experience in Personal Loans / unsecured lending.

Proven track record of scaling D2C acquisition at meaningful volumes.

Strong understanding of digital funnels, performance marketing, and unit economics.

Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing and Product.
