HEAD QA/QC

Job Title: QA/QC Head

Reporting To: CEO
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil)
Age: 35 – 45 years
Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in building construction, with at least 5 years as a Site Engineer and the remaining as a QA/QC Engineer
Computer Knowledge: Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
Other Specific Experience: Experience in working on high-rise building projects will be an added advantage
CTC Budget: ₹30.0 LPA

Job Description:

• Prepare and implement the company-level Quality Assurance Manual.
• Monitor and ensure quality standards at various project sites.
• Periodically brief and train execution teams on quality practices and compliance.
• Conduct regular quality audits across multiple sites.
• Identify and resolve quality-related issues in coordination with project teams.
