Head - Sales and Marketing
2. ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:
- Developing business plans/ market strategies for the assigned centres.
- Making Brand plan, Brand strategy & competitor analysis of the brands.
- Identifying the opportunities for sales growth.
- Provide direction, motivation & training to field sales team for ensuring optimum performance.
- Ensuring marketing strategy implementation through sales force.
- Conducting and organising meetings, Product launches, etc
- Develop strategic partnerships that will drive business and manage the ongoing relationship with the business partners.
- Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
3. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
MBA with 10 + Years experience in industrial marketing practices and processes within the flexible packaging, printing, and converting markets globally.
4. SKILL REQUIREMENT:
- Good Knowledge about the Similar Product market.
- Drive client feedback about the service.
- Smart to handle client escalations, pressure and team.
- Should have hunger and thirst to capture market.
- Collaborate with the sales function.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month
