Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative & Daily Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day school operations and ensure all departments function efficiently.
  • Coordinate with academic and non-academic teams to support smooth school functioning.
  • Ensure timely opening, closing, and readiness of the school premises.
  • Monitor attendance systems, front office operations, and communication processes.

2. Facility & Infrastructure Management

  • Maintain school facilities, classrooms, labs, and common areas in good working condition.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, safety inspections, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure availability of resources such as furniture, equipment, stationery, and utilities.

3. Safety, Security & Compliance

  • Implement and monitor school safety protocols, emergency procedures, and fire drills.
  • Supervise security staff and monitor CCTV functioning.
  • Ensure compliance with government, board, and regulatory guidelines.

4. Transport Management

  • Oversee school transport operations, including vehicle maintenance, route planning, and safety norms.
  • Coordinate with drivers, attendants, and transport service providers.
  • Ensure student safety during pick-up and drop.

5. Vendor & Inventory Management

  • Manage relationships with vendors for housekeeping, canteen, uniforms, transport, and supplies.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement.
  • Verify service quality and maintain service agreements.

6. Event Coordination

  • Support planning and execution of school events, examinations, PTMs, and annual functions.
  • Ensure logistics, setup, and manpower arrangements.

7. People & Team Management

  • Supervise support staff: housekeeping, security, maintenance, admin assistants, and transport staff.
  • Provide training, schedules, and performance feedback as required.

8. Finance & Budget Support

  • Assist with budgeting for operations, facility maintenance, and procurement.
  • Verify invoices, maintain records, and support audit requirements.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in the education sector or facility management.
  • Experience in managing teams and large-scale school operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,057.91 per month
