Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Head Spa Service Provider to join our serene team at Lunaria Head Spa. As a vital member of our spa, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional head spa treatments, including invigorating scalp massages, deep cleansing, nourishing hair treatments, and personalized consultations. Your primary goal will be to create a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience for each client, promoting scalp health, hair vitality, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation & Customization: Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their individual scalp, hair, and wellness concerns. Assess scalp and hair condition to recommend personalized treatment plans and product regimens. Educate clients on the benefits of head spa treatments, product usage, and at-home care routines.

Expert Treatment

Delivery: Perform a variety of head spa treatments with precision and care, including: Professional hair washing and conditioning techniques. Specialized scalp massages (e.g., pressure point, lymphatic drainage) to promote relaxation and circulation. Scalp exfoliation, detox, and nourishing treatments. Hair mask and deep conditioning treatments tailored to client needs. Aromatherapy application to enhance the sensory experience. Utilize advanced tools and equipment safely and effectively. Maintain a consistently high standard of service and therapeutic touch. Client Experience Excellence: Create a tranquil, welcoming, and comfortable environment for every client. Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, ensuring client privacy and comfort at all times. Listen actively and respond empathetically to client needs and feedback. Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and genuine care. Operational & Product Knowledge: Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools according to health and safety regulations. Manage product inventory, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage. Stay informed about new products, ingredients, and industry trends related to scalp and hair health. Accurately record client treatment notes and preferences. Assist with appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs as needed.

Team Collaboration & Professional Growth: Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless spa operation. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge. Uphold Lunaria Head Spa's brand standards and values.

Qualifications:

Licensure: Valid and current Cosmetology or Esthetician license is required.
