Golden Oak Aesthetic Lounge is a boutique medical spa dedicated to wellness, beauty, and confidence. We offer advanced aesthetic treatments in a welcoming, elevated environment with a strong focus on natural results and client education.

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our service offerings and looking for a motivated esthetician to help build and grow our head spa and foundational skin services.

About the Role

We’re seeking a licensed Master Esthetician who is passionate about skin health, scalp health, and building lasting client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is excited to grow their own clientele while being supported in a collaborative, high-quality environment.

You’ll play a key role in developing our head spa service line, while also offering brow, lash, and entry-level facial services. As demand grows, there will be opportunities to expand into more advanced treatments.

Key Responsibilities

Head Spa & Treatment Services

• Perform luxury head spa treatments focused on scalp health and relaxation
• Educate clients on scalp care, hair health, and treatment plans
• Help build awareness, demand, and repeat clientele for head spa services

Esthetic Services

• Provide brow services and lash lifts/tints
• Perform entry-level facials with a results-driven approach
• Recommend retail skincare and treatment plans to support client goals

Client Experience & Growth

• Deliver a high-end, personalized client experience
• Build and maintain your own clientele through retention and referrals
• Support marketing efforts (social media, before/afters, promotions)

Qualifications

• Active Utah Master Esthetician license (required)
• Experience with brows, lash lifts, and facials preferred
• Interest in scalp health and head spa services (training provided)
• Strong communication and client education skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow a loyal client base
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Schedule
