Head Spa Technician

We are seeking a talented, passionate, and client-focused Head Spa Technician to join our growing beauty and wellness team. This is more than a service role. It’s an opportunity to deliver deeply restorative scalp treatments, create unforgettable luxury experiences, and help grow a thriving modern brand.

We are looking for someone who not only excels in service, but also understands the power of social media presence, personal branding, and client attraction.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform premium head spa services including scalp detox treatments, cleansing rituals, steam therapy, massage, hydration treatments, and relaxation-focused experiences
• Analyze scalp and hair conditions to recommend customized treatment plans
• Provide soothing scalp, neck, shoulder, and pressure-point massage techniques
• Deliver exceptional customer service that builds repeat clientele
• Create engaging content and remain active on social media platforms to help attract new clients and build visibility for services
• Promote your work, results, and client experiences professionally online
• Educate clients on scalp wellness, hair growth support, and home care recommendations
• Maintain treatment rooms with pristine cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Stay current on trends, techniques, and innovations in scalp care and wellness services

What We’re Looking For:

• A Georgia Licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician
• Experience in salon, spa, wellness, or beauty environments preferred
• Strong hands-on massage skills with a calming touch
• Active social media presence with confidence creating content and engaging online
• Ability to market yourself and help grow clientele through digital platforms
• Professional appearance and polished communication skills
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented mindset
• Passion for luxury client experiences and long-term growth
• Schedule flexibility with the ability to assist with additional coverage when needed

Availability Required:

• Must be available Tuesdays & Wednesday between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Must be available Saturday between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Exact weekly schedule will be determined based on business needs and final hiring structure.
• Flexibility to add more hours when needed for coverage is preferred.
