We are currently seeking a passionate, professional, and motivated Head Spa Technician who is a Licensed Esthetician with haircare experience to join our growing team.

Position Overview

As a Head Spa Technician, you will provide luxury scalp and wellness experiences while supporting scalp health and relaxation services within our clinic. The ideal candidate is passionate about scalp wellness, facials, relaxation therapies, customer service, and creating unforgettable experiences for clients.

You must be comfortable working in a luxury wellness environment focused on beauty, self-care, scalp wellness, and elevated client experiences.

Responsibilities

Head Spa & Wellness Services

• Perform luxury head spa treatments and scalp wellness services
• Conduct scalp cleansing, exfoliation, steam treatments, and scalp massages
• Apply professional scalp and haircare products
• Provide aromatherapy and relaxation experiences
• Perform neck, shoulder, and scalp massage techniques
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of treatment rooms and equipment
• Educate clients on scalp health and at-home care recommendations

Facial & Esthetic Services

• Perform professional facial treatments
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend skincare services/products
• Provide relaxing facial massage techniques
• Maintain proper sanitation and esthetic treatment protocols
• Recommend skincare regimens for clients

Hair & Scalp Support

• Shampoo and prep clients for services when needed
• Support scalp wellness services and treatments
• Recommend haircare and wellness products
• Assist with overall client care and experience

Client Experience & Sales

• Deliver a luxury five-star client experience
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Recommend memberships, products, and wellness services
• Assist in retaining and rebooking clients
• Support social media content creation when needed

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Texas Esthetician License
• Experience performing facials and skincare services
• Experience working with hair and/or scalp services
• Strong shampooing and scalp manipulation skills
• Professional customer service skills
• Passion for wellness, beauty, skincare, and scalp health
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Team-oriented with positive energy
• Strong communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in spa, salon, med spa, or wellness settings
• Knowledge of scalp wellness and relaxation therapies
• Massage experience
• Social media friendly and comfortable on camera
• Licensed cosmetologist or barber is a plus

Compensation
