Job Summary
The Head - Supply Chain will provide strategic leadership and ownership of the entire supply chain function for our e-commerce and quick commerce businesses, spanning Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, and other marketplaces.
This senior role is responsible for developing advanced supply strategies, optimizing multi channel inventory, ensuring high service levels and operational excellence, and building and leading a high-performance team. The Head must ensure zero stock-outs (OOS) and no overstock conditions, drive cost efficiency, and align supply chain activities with broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1Strategic Supply Chain Leadership

Define & execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy for all platforms

and Stock Accuracy.

The Head - Customer Experience will be responsible for preparing and presenting structured weekly and monthly MIS reports to management for performance review and decision-making.

Average call closing / resolution time (TAT)
· Target vs Achieved service KPIs

· Total open cases
· Cases closed within SLA, beyond SLA
Escalation and repeat complaint analysis
The candidate must ensure reports are data-driven, accurate, and actionable, and
present improvement plans during management review meetings.
Requirements
✓ MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field
✓ 15+ years of experience in supply chain and e-commerce operations (inventory, warehousing, logistics)
✓ 5+ years in senior leadership or strategic roles, leading teams and building scalable processes
✓ Experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart), quick commerce (Zepto, Blinkit), and multi-location networks
✓ Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel, Gsuite expertise
✓ Proven track record of reducing costs while increasing service levels
✓ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred: Certification in Supply Chain / SCPro / APICS / Lean/Six Sigma, Experience

Has handled end-to-end multi-platform supply chain strategy (marketplaces + quick commerce + D2C)
Has strong expertise in advanced demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and replenishment planning
Can ensure zero OOS and zero overstock while maintaining healthy inventory turns
Has managed multi-location warehouses, 3PLs, dark stores, and marketplace FC compliance
Has driven cost optimisation and unit economics improvements
Can build and lead a high-performance team with strong cross-functional alignment Is capable of presenting structured weekly & monthly MIS to management, including service performance dashboards, SLA analysis, team performance scorecards, TAT reports, target vs achieved metrics, open/closed case analysis, and improvement action plans
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
