Head Teacher

```Duties```

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs and abilities of students
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and engagement
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Utilize various instructional methods and resources to enhance student learning and understanding
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
- Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in education

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,108.00 - $53,000.00 per year
