Birla Open Minds Preschool, Kokapet, is inviting applications for an energetic and joyful Head Teacher to lead our team and ensure effective implementation of the preschool curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily classroom activities and ensure high academic standards
• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning and classroom management
• Create a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment for children
• Coordinate with the Centre Head for events, parent engagement, and school operations
• Monitor student development and overall class performance

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with Diploma / Certification in Early Childhood Education or Montessori Training
• Minimum 2 years of experience in preschool teaching; leadership experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Age group preferred: 25–35 years
• Energetic, joyful, and passionate about working with young children

Location: Kokapet, Hyderabad
Salary: Best in the industry and commensurate with experience
