Design and deliver training programs, including leadership development, technical skills, and soft skills training.

Identify training needs for traders, analysts, financial advisors, and other employees based on market trends and regulatory changes.

Lead and manage a team of trainers, instructional designers, and learning coordinators.

Provide mentorship and development opportunities for the training team.

Ensure training programs comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Promote a learning culture that encourages professional development and employee engagement.

Stay updated with financial market developments and ensure training content is current and relevant.

Design and develop training programs, using a variety of methods such as on-the-job-traing, seminars, workshops, and e-learning.

Identify and partner with external trainers, consultants, and vendors when necessary.

Manage the training and development budget, ensuring cost-effective program implementation.

Establish metrics and processes for measuring the effectiveness of training programs Track and analyze employee training data and provide feedback to maangers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
