Job Summary:

Mado Restaurant in Fujairah is looking for a skilled and experienced Head Waiter to lead and support the front-of-house team in delivering an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, team coordination, and restaurant operations. As a Head Waiter, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth floor operations, training staff, and upholding Mado’s high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Greet and interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Coordinate table assignments and manage reservations in collaboration with the hostess.
• Train, guide, and support junior waitstaff to maintain service excellence.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and timely delivery from the kitchen to the guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, or complaints with professionalism and tact.
• Ensure the dining area is always clean, organized, and well-presented.
• Assist in inventory checks for service items such as cutlery, menus, and tableware.
• Maintain communication between the kitchen, service, and management teams.
• Uphold hygiene, health, and safety regulations according to UAE standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
