Head Waiter

• Hands on hospitality for 3 years, minimum reputed restaurants managed outlet for day to day operations,
• Building customer relation and managing staff
• Business and marketing knowledge will be an added advantage
• Should maintain good hygiene personnel, work area at all times
• Ensure wear clean uniform at work
• Follow opening and closing of the store procedures
• Collection of cash on daily sales
• Able to work under pressure during the peak hours or whenever necessary.
