The Role:

• Show your experience and ability to manage large sections of guests during busy periods to deliver an impeccable level of service and attention to detail
• Demonstrate a desire to go further in your career and learn new skills
• Ability to remain calm and delver incredible service in a fast paced environment
• Must have a minimum of two years in a similar establishment
• Support management with running of shift and take responsibility of organising rest of team with duties
