Requirements:

• Fluent in Turkish or Arabic (a must)
• Proven experience in Dubai as a Head Waiter or similar senior front-of-house role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and team management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment
• Immediate availability to join

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate front-of-house operations during shifts
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Train, support, and supervise waitstaff
• Manage reservations, guest complaints, and special requests
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in accordance with UAE regulations
