The Summary

Shahwilayat Public School is seeking a dynamic and experienced O Levels/AKU Headmistress to lead the section with academic excellence, strong leadership, and effective administrative management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of the Cambridge O Level curriculum and AKU and academic standards.
• Supervise faculty performance, lesson planning, and examination preparation.
• Monitor student progress, discipline, and overall academic outcomes.
• Conduct structured parent meetings and manage academic concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Trust policies and coordinate with HR and Administration.
• Participate in recruitment, evaluation, and staff development processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s Degree (Education or relevant field preferred).
• 5+ years of academic leadership experience (Cambridge background preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills.
• Sound understanding of the O-Level and AKU academic and examination framework.
