Head Mistress (Female Candidate)

The Headmistress oversees all academic and administrative functions of the school. She ensures a safe, nurturing environment for children, leads the teaching staff, maintains school standards, and builds strong relationships with parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day school operations.
• Supervise teachers and support staff.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and classroom quality.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with parents and address concerns.
• Support student development and well-being.
• Lead admissions, events, and school improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (Primary Education/Early Childhood Education or a related field).
• 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
